System Explained
2 uprights, 2 horizontal beam levels. Top level is the work surface, bottom level provides under-bench storage.
What You’re Getting
The 900mm x 2000mm x 600mm (0.9m x 2m x 0.6m) is a heavy-duty steel workbench designed for garages, sheds, workshops and warehouses. Each level is rated to carry 250kg — giving you a combined capacity of 500kg across the full unit — while the adjustable under-bench level keeps tools and equipment within reach without cluttering your work surface.
Built with the same bolt-together frame and hook-in beam system as our longspan shelving, this bench is quick to assemble, adjustable in height, and built to take a beating in industrial environments.

Why It Works
Fully adjustable levels. Both beam levels hook into the upright slots every 80mm and can be repositioned independently without any tools — set the top to your working height and the bottom to suit what you’re storing underneath.
Under-bench storage included. The lower level provides a dedicated tier for tools, bins or equipment — within reach without cluttering the work surface.
Genuine load rating. Rated to 250kg uniformly distributed across the work surface and under-bench level. Check the specifications table above.
Powder-coated finish. Resists rust, oil, chipping and cleaning products. Built for workshop and industrial environments.
One-person assembly. Goes together in under 15 minutes. Step-by-step instructions included — no specialist skills needed.
Before You Buy
Workbench ships as flat-pack components: 2 upright frames, 4 horizontal beams, 4 layer boards, and all necessary hardware. Everything needed to assemble the unit is included.
Assembly can be done by one person and requires approximately 15 minutes. The frame bolts together; beams hook in tool-free; layer boards drop onto the beams. No welding, no drilling into the unit, no specialist skills required.
Important: Refer to dimension L in the diagram above for the exact length of this unit. Measure your space before ordering.
Anchoring: Foot plates are pre-drilled for optional floor anchors — recommended in commercial settings.
Common Questions
Can I adjust the beam heights?
Yes — both levels are independently adjustable. Each beam hooks into the upright slots every 80mm and can be repositioned without tools — simply remove the safety pins, lift the beam out and rehook at the new height. Adjust the top level to your working height and the bottom level to suit what you’re storing underneath.
What can I place on the work surface?
Up to 250kg uniformly distributed across the full surface. Avoid concentrated point loads — always spread weight evenly across the layer boards.
What is the under-bench level for?
The lower level provides a dedicated storage tier directly under the work surface — ideal for toolboxes, bins, equipment or materials you need close at hand. Both levels are independently height-adjustable, so the gap between them can be customised to suit your setup.
Is this suitable for outdoor use?
Designed for indoor or covered-outdoor environments. Direct rain exposure will degrade the powder coat over time.
Do I need to anchor it to the floor or wall?
Not required for standard use, but strongly recommended for commercial environments.
Can I add an extra level to my unit?
Yes — we sell additional layers individually. Each layer kit includes 2 horizontal beams, 2 layer boards and the safety pins. Simply hook the beams into any available upright slot and drop the boards on top. No tools required.
What if a part arrives damaged?
Contact us with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement component — no need to return the full unit. We stock all individual parts.
