    We are an Australian-operated shelving supplier serving customers across Melbourne and Australia. Our shelving products are dispatched from our warehouse in Keysborough, Victoria (Melbourne).

    Order Processing

    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Most in-stock orders are dispatched within this timeframe from our Keysborough warehouse.

    Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant collection or shipping details.

    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated timeframe or alternative options.

    Click & Collect

    We offer free Click & Collect for all orders.

    Collection is available from our Keysborough Warehouse, Mon–Fri: 7:30am–5:30pm, Sat: 8:00am–1:00pm

    Orders typically ready for collection within 1 hour. 

    Please ensure you bring a suitable vehicle for transporting your shelving. Most shelving orders will fit in a ute, van, or large SUV with seats folded down. If you are unsure whether your vehicle will be suitable, please contact us prior to collection and we will be happy to advise.

    Free Local Delivery

    We offer free local delivery within Keysborough/Dandenong and nearby suburbs.

    Local deliveries are handled by our in-house delivery team, allowing us to provide reliable and flexible service.

    Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days after order processing.

    Our team may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

    Melbourne-Wide Delivery

    We provide delivery throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area using our in-house delivery service.

    Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of items in the order.

    Typical delivery timeframes are 1–3 business days after order processing, depending on scheduling and delivery location.

    Our team may contact you to confirm delivery arrangements if required.

    Victoria-Wide Shipping (Outside Melbourne Metro)

    For customers located outside the Melbourne metropolitan area, orders are delivered via courier or freight services.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

        • delivery location

        • order size and weight

        • courier rates

      Estimated delivery timeframes:

          • Regional Victoria: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch

        Tracking information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

        Delivery Guarantee

        We take care to ensure all items are securely packaged for transport. If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide photos where possible.

        We will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution, which may include replacement parts or other appropriate solutions.
