Returns
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:
- is unused
- is undamaged
- is returned unassembled
- is returned in its original packaging
- is in resalable condition
If these conditions are met, the item may be returned for a refund or exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items that have been modified, assembled, or altered after delivery
Returned Item Condition
Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
Products that have been fully or partially assembled may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or not as described.
Original Packaging Requirement
Returned items must include all original components, parts, hardware, and packaging materials.
Returns received with missing components, missing hardware, or significantly damaged packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the size and weight of shelving products, customers must ensure returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service where possible.
Refunds
Refund Approval
Refunds are issued once returned goods have been received and inspected.
If the returned item meets the return conditions, a refund will be approved.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Proof of Purchase
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed upon presentation of valid proof of purchase.
This may include:
- receipt
- tax invoice
- order confirmation email
- other documentation clearly identifying the transaction
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if adequate proof of purchase is not provided.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate solution which may include:
- replacement parts
- product replacement
- refund
Photos may be requested to assist with the assessment of the issue.
Cosmetic Marks and Manufacturing Variations
Shelving products are manufactured from powder-coated or galvanised steel components. Minor cosmetic marks may occasionally occur during manufacturing, packaging, or transport.
Minor imperfections such as light surface marks, small scratches, or minor coating variations that do not affect the structural integrity or functionality of the product are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.
These cosmetic variations do not affect the strength, safety, or intended use of the shelving.
Warranty
Warranty Coverage
All products include a 24-month warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
Each shelving product is designed and manufactured to be fit for its intended purpose when used according to its specifications.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- misuse or improper installation
- overloading or uneven weight distribution on shelf layers
- accidents or external damage
- minor cosmetic damage that does not affect structural integrity
- minor or surface-level corrosion
- normal wear and tear
