We are an Australian-operated shelving supplier serving customers across Melbourne and Australia. Our shelving products are dispatched from our warehouse in Rowville, Victoria (Melbourne).
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Most in-stock orders are dispatched within this timeframe from our Rowville warehouse.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant collection or shipping details.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated timeframe or alternative options.
Click & Collect
We offer free Click & Collect for all orders.
Collection is available from Rowville, Victoria. As this operates from a private warehouse location, the exact address will be provided after your order is confirmed to ensure security and organised pickups.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection with instructions to arrange a suitable pickup time.
Typical collection availability:
Monday – Sunday, by appointment.
Please ensure you bring a suitable vehicle for transporting your shelving. Most shelving orders will fit in a ute, van, or large SUV with seats folded down. If you are unsure whether your vehicle will be suitable, please contact us prior to collection and we will be happy to advise.
