3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Methods
Payments can be made securely through approved third-party platforms, with all transactions encrypted and processed via secure channels. For purchases arranged through direct contact, we also accept payment by cash or direct debit.
3.2 Full Payment Requirement
Orders must be paid in full before dispatch or collection. Payment confirmation will be provided via email.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Coverage
We ship Australia-wide using selected carriers. Delivery fees and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout. For customers located in Rowville or neighbouring suburbs, we offer free local delivery, which is carried out directly by our business. Eligibility for local delivery will be confirmed upon order placement.
4.2 Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors beyond our control.
5. Click & Collect
5.1 Availability
Click & Collect is available from our Melbourne warehouse.
5.2 Process
After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email notification. A representative from ADS Shelving Solutions will then contact you to schedule a suitable collection time and provide pickup instructions.
5.3 Requirements
Customers must await confirmation before attempting to collect their order.
6. Installation Services
6.1 Service Area
Installation is offered only within the Metropolitan Melbourne area.
6.2 Pricing
Installation starts from $30. Final pricing depends on the complexity and location of the job and must be confirmed directly with ADS.
6.3 Booking Process
Customers must contact ADS to request and confirm installation arrangements prior to service delivery.
6.4 Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for quality and professionalism, ADS Shelving Solutions accepts no liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses resulting from installation services. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use of installed shelving units.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
7.2 Exclusions
Custom, clearance, or altered items are not eligible for return unless faulty or not as described.
7.3 Return Costs
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
7.4 Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
7.5 Proof of Purchase
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase. This may include a receipt, tax invoice, order confirmation email, or other documentation clearly identifying the transaction. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if adequate proof of purchase is not provided.

All products carry a 12-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Each item is designed and manufactured to be fit for its intended purpose when used in accordance with its specifications.
